What We Look For (The Skill Set)
We are looking for proficiency in the following:
- Core Strategy: Organic Marketing & Community Building (Growth Hacking mindset is a plus).
- Platforms: Deep understanding of X (Twitter), Reddit, and Google (SEO basics).
- Content: Strategic Content Planning, Copywriting, and Calendar Management.
- Bonus: Experience with analytics tools or viral marketing strategies is a plus!
Work Arrangement & Compensation
Type: Remote (Work from anywhere in Bangladesh).
Engagement: Monthly.
Salary: 8,000 – 12,000 BDT per month (Based on experience and skills).
