Whether it’s Python, JavaScript, .NET, or a framework we haven't even used yet, you should be comfortable "vibe coding": using high-level intent, precise prompting, and tools like Claude Code and Cursor to translate business needs into production-ready reality.
Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Development: Use AI agents and LLMs to build, debug, and ship features across various languages and frameworks.

- - Rapid Prototyping: Turn business requirements into working software quickly through iterative prompting and refinement.
- - Code Review & Verification: Take full ownership of AI-generated output. You must be able to read, reason through, and optimize the code the AI provides.
- - Cross-Framework Adaptability: Seamlessly move between different tech stacks as project needs evolve.
- - Continuous Learning: Stay at the bleeding edge of AI agentic workflows and share your "prompting secrets" with the internal team.
Requirements
- - The Mindset: You are a Vibe Coder or AI Agent-Based Developer. You prefer "building systems" over "writing lines of code."
- - Tool Literacy: Familiarity with agentic tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Replit Agent, or GitHub Copilot) is highly preferred.
- - Technical Foundation: A solid understanding of programming logic and the ability to troubleshoot code in multiple languages.
- - Current Status: Students or recent graduates with a deep passion for software development.
- - Ownership: A "high-agency" personality—you don’t wait for instructions; you find the tool that solves the problem.
