The Role: Junior AI-Native Builder
At Fionetix Solutions, we aren't looking for traditional syntax-heavy coders. We are looking for AI-native builders—students and recent graduates who understand that the future of software isn't just about typing lines of code, but about orchestrating AI agents to build production-ready systems.
If you are a "Vibe Coder" who can direct AI to solve complex problems across any language or framework, we want you in our office.
What is Vibe Coding & Agentic Development?
It is the practice of directing AI with high-quality prompts and a deep logical understanding to produce real software at high speeds. You don't just copy-paste; you iterate with AI in a tight loop, acting as the "architect" and "editor" of the code. Special preference will be given to candidates who are already proficient with AI agent workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- - Build & Ship: Use AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.) to build and deploy features across various stacks (Node.js, Python, React, etc.).
- - Prompt Engineering: Design precise prompts to generate high-quality, bug-free code.
- - Code Review: Rigorously test and debug AI-generated output. You are responsible for ensuring the "vibe" translates into working software.
- - Rapid Migration: Assist in refactoring or migrating existing codebases between frameworks using AI-assisted tools.
- - Onsite Collaboration: Work closely with our team to translate business ideas into technical build plans.
- Requirements
- - Who can apply: Current students or recent graduates with a deep passion for software development.
- - AI Toolset: Hands-on experience with Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar agentic tools.
- - Language Agnostic: You should be able to read and reason about code in multiple languages (even if you aren't an "expert" in all of them).
- - Mindset: A high-ownership "builder" mentality. You enjoy moving fast and learning new tools every week.
- - Location: Ability to work onsite at our office.
Compensation & Benefits
- - Monthly Salary: 8,000 – 12,000 Taka.
