Vibe Coding Expert / Prompt Engineer

We’re looking for an AI-native builder who can turn business requirements into working software — across any language, any framework — using Claude Code and modern prompt engineering.

It’s the practice of directing AI with high-quality prompts and deep business understanding to produce real, production-ready code — fast. You don’t just write prompts; you translate business processes into working systems, iterate with AI in a tight loop, and own the outcome end-to-end.

 ∙ Use Claude Code and AI-native workflows to build and ship features across any language or framework

 ∙ Deeply understand business processes and translate requirements directly into accurate, working software

 ∙ Design and craft precise prompts that consistently produce high-quality, production-ready code

 ∙ Convert, refactor, or migrate codebases between languages and frameworks with AI assistance

 ∙ Debug, optimize, and review AI-generated code — you are responsible for what ships

 ∙ Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to extract requirements and turn them into build plans

 ∙ Continuously improve prompting strategies and share learnings with the team

 ∙ Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar agentic AI coding tools

 ∙ Strong prompt engineering fundamentals — context setting, chain-of-thought, iterative refinement

 ∙ Ability to read and reason about code in multiple languages (eg. Python, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, etc.)

 ∙ Business process literacy — you can sit in a requirements meeting and leave with a build plan

 ∙ High ownership mindset: you verify, test, and stand behind AI-generated output
